South Brunswick High School’s Brendan Vercammen is headed to Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City for the NJSIAA Individual Wrestling State Championships. The Viking finished second at 171 pounds at the Region V Tournament held on Feb. 27 at Hunterdon Central High School.
The top three finishers in each weight class qualified for the individual state tournament that begins Friday and runs through Sunday.
